Gauge Capital Announced Strategic Investment in Wireless Vision

Gauge Capital announced that it has partnered with the owners and management team of Wireless Vision Holdings, LLC (“Wireless Vision” or the “Company”) to recapitalize and make a strategic investment in the Company. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Wireless Vision is the largest T-Mobile Exclusive Retailer, operating over 200 full-service stores in 14 distinct markets.

“Gauge Capital’s investment in Wireless Vision provides the Company with a value-added partner to help us strengthen our operations, expand our footprint and better serve our customers,” said Saber Ammori, Chief Executive Officer at Wireless Vision. Mark Denha, President and Chief Financial Officer at Wireless Vision, added, “We are very excited about the partnership with Gauge Capital and executing on the next phase of success for Wireless Vision.”

As part of the investment, Drew Johnson and Whitney Bowman from Gauge Capital have joined the Wireless Vision Board of Directors.
