Urology America Announces Appointment of Rich Goode as Chief Executive Officer

Urology America (“UA”), one of the nation’s leading urology management services organizations, is pleased to announce that Rich Goode will join the company as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Rich is a veteran in the healthcare industry who is recognized as a thought leader and has helped numerous organizations drive strategic and operational initiatives that improve patient care while also impacting an organizations’ financial results.

Prior to joining UA, Mr. Goode was the Founder and CEO of Goode Advisory Services, a strategic, operational, and financial advisory firm focused on healthcare and technology companies. Before this role, Rich served as President of Corporate Services and CFO at Dallas-based Children’s Health, the nation’s eighth-largest pediatric healthcare provider. Prior to Children’s Health, Rich also served as CFO of Cook Children’s Health Care System. During his tenure at Cook, the organization doubled in size to over $1.2B in annual revenue and completed over $1B in capital projects. Mr. Goode has been recognized as a top financial executive through various awards and accolades, including Dallas CFO of the year, Fort Worth CFO of the year, and the Dallas 500, which is awarded to the most accomplished business leaders in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
