Reliable Medical Expands Into Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Colorado with Acquisition of Action Seating & Mobility

Nashville, TN – September 2026 – Reliable Medical ("Reliable"), a national provider of complex rehabilitation technology ("CRT") and home medical equipment, has acquired Action Seating & Mobility ("Action"), a Tulsa, Oklahoma-based CRT provider with locations across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Colorado. The transaction marks Reliable’s first entry into all three states and extends its network of Assistive Technology Professionals ("ATPs") into new, contiguous markets.

Founded in 2007 by Mike Harris, Action has grown into one of the leading CRT providers in the region, built around a hands-on, patient-first service model. “Since we started Action, our focus has always been on being responsive to the patients and referral partners who count on us,” said Harris. “Reliable shares that same commitment to patients, and this partnership gives our team more resources to keep growing without losing what makes Action different.”

Charles Sargeant, CEO of Reliable Medical, said the acquisition reflects the Company’s broader growth strategy. “Mike has built something special in Action: a business people trust because of how it treats them, not just what it sells them. Bringing that team into Reliable opens up real growth potential for us across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Colorado.”

David Friedman, Partner at Gauge Capital, added, “Action checks every box we look for in a partner: a strong local reputation, a founder who has built the business the right way, and real room to grow. We’re glad to have them as part of the Reliable platform.”
