Southlake, TX – Gauge Capital (“Gauge” or “the Firm”), a leading growth-oriented middle market private equity firm, announces the appointment of Garrett Fair as a Principal. Garrett will lead the Firm’s enterprise software investment strategy, and is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution, and portfolio company monitoring.

Garrett previously held technology investing roles at Peak Rock Capital, Clearlake Capital and started his career at Goldman Sachs. Garrett received bachelor’s degrees in the Canfield Business Honors Program, Finance, and Mathematical Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin.
