Gauge Capital Announces Strategic Investment in Spatial Data Logic

Southlake, TX – Gauge Capital (“Gauge”) announced that it has partnered with the founders and management team of Spatial Data Logic ( (“SDL” or the “Company”) to recapitalize the company. Founded in 1997 in Somerset, NJ, SDL provides permitting, licensing, code enforcement and workflow automation software for counties and municipalities. SDL’s software is available via desktop, web, and mobile and is used by more than 200 customers across numerous municipal departments, including Construction, Land Use, Engineering, Tax Assessor, Public Works, Fire Prevention, Health, Code Enforcement, Police, Utilities, Managers, Clerk & Licensing, and Pet Licensing.

In partnership with Gauge, SDL will add strategic resources and investment to this platform, which will result in additional SDL Connect solutions.
