Gauge Capital Recapitalizes Pediatric Dental Providers

Gauge Capital has recapitalized Pediatric Dental Providers and its affiliates (“Pediatric Dental” or the “Company”) in partnership with the Company’s founding management team. Pediatric Dental delivers high quality pediatric dental and orthodontic services to commercial and Medicaid patient populations in the western US through a network of multi-specialty clinics. Gauge’s investment provides capital and managerial support to accelerate growth through service line expansion, targeted acquisitions and de novo clinic openings.

As part of the investment, Whitney Bowman, Drew Johnson and Sam Banon from Gauge Capital have joined the Board of Directors of the Company.
